This approach just send the message that you can eat anything, a bag of haribo has very high calories, but won’t put an gram on your muscle mass as it contains no protein or micronutrients. If you are working hard in the gym IE undertaking an arduous training load then you must ensure you are eating more protein. For example at that level I consume around 2.5gms per Kg of body weight. I weigh 72Kg so times by 2.5 and I am aiming for 180gms of Quality protein. This is a lot of food and so I use home made protein shakes to ensure I get more than enough to grow/recovery my muscles.

Before I give you my suggestions, let me say the women in the Chaos Coordinator Shirt (especially before the shoots you’re seeing them in) and eat leand and clean. They are bench pressing, dead lifting and squatting with hundreds of pounds. (I should mention I worked as a fitness instructor at Gold’s Gym, Venice, for over 15 years). They lift extremely heavy weights, both free-weight, body weight and on machines. They also take a LOT of supplements (some legal, others not so much). If you don’t commit a couple of hours a day to training and eating a body builders’ diet, you will NOT look like them. I almost didn’t answer your question because the notion you could look like that without years of commitment and willing to go hard, is preposterous. But you seem sincere so I’m happy to give you my 2 cents.
