So me and my wife are coming out there in July to visit my I’m a grumpy old man I was born in December too slow to run shoot you skull shirt is stationed at Hunter Army Airfield before he gets deployed inAugust. I noticed your list of hotels and places to stay. But I just wanted to ask, what would you consider the best area to stay in? In terms of travel to and from Hunter Army Airfield, in terms of things to do in the immediate area, and in terms of safety. I ask because of my job, I have a ton of IHG points saved up, so I mostly use them and stay at IHG owned hotels. There is a good load of them in Savannah, but I just don’t know which areas are the best in regards to my list. We are flying down there, so we won’t have our own car. We are still deciding between renting a car or just Ride Sharing. So distance to the base with the area we choose will play a role in this decision also.

Best I’m a grumpy old man I was born in December too slow to run shoot you skull shirt
I just spent a few days in Savannah to apartment hunt (planning to move from outside the Philadelphia area). It looks like there’s still a masked I’m a grumpy old man I was born in December too slow to run shoot you skull shirt and I’d say that all of the shops and restaurants I saw had signs up about masking (my niece attends SCAD and said a few businesses have openly defied the mask mandates and keep getting fined by City Hall). It seemed like mask compliance was pretty decent, both indoors and out? I received my vaccine last month (Johnson and Johnson, one dose) but still kept my mask on a lot, even while outside (it was easier than trying to remember to constantly pop it off and on). I don’t recall any dirty looks from people for wearing a mask which is honestly more than I can say for where I am in Pennsylvania. Philadelphia in particular has had more strict COVID restrictions than the rest of PA (as far as indoor dining, some businesses still being closed, occupancy limits inside stores, etc) and Philly residents are *really* starting to chafe against it (again, YMMV, this is just what I’ve noticed). But I felt pretty comfortable in Savannah, by comparison. Hope this helps!
