The reactions I’ve seen to this are honestly crazy but not unprovoked either, & It’s unfair to act as if the “haters” & “In A World Where You Can Be Anything Be Kind Choose Kindness T-Shirt” don’t exist. Before the actual nurses voiced their opinion, there genuinely were a lot of the typical antis who don’t actually give a shit about nurses stirring the pot & attacking Jennie herself. That’s how it even became an issue this quickly in the 1st place. The blinks attacking nurses took it too far but I can see why they’d be upset at the decision in general. The outrage really was initially from those “haters” & they’re loud as hell too so most ppl (including myself until now) didn’t know actual nurses spoke up. For that reason most ppl saw it as succumbing to hate & failing to protect their artist rather than respecting the wishes of actual medical professionals. Ppl on all platforms have to realize stuff isn’t one sided most of the time. On twitter especially, someone provokes someone else & since they’re mostly immature kids they just keep going back & forth until it’s gotten out of hand on both sides.

Best In A World Where You Can Be Anything Be Kind Choose Kindness T Shirt
For some reason I thought this whole thing was about mental illness and its portrayal in K-pop (and pop culture in general), not this. I am far more critical In A World Where You Can Be Anything Be Kind Choose Kindness T-Shirt of that scene in terms of using psychiatric illness as a lazy shorthand. If I was to look at it from the perspective everyone else seems to be, all I really have to say is why is she dressed as a nurse and not a doctor? You know why, and whether deleting the scene is the right solution or not, there is definitely a discussion to be had about this. It’s more about the representation of a group of people who are currently keeping hospitals running and helping sick people. They could have shown Jennie in scrubs or an actual uniform instead of styling her up like that. Nurses deal with the biggest bullshit in hospitals, they watch people die every day and the least they deserve is a bit of respect instead of portraying them like a fetish..
